Sing With the Choir

AURA performs challenging repertoire, which calls for a good ear and strong musical skills (or a commitment to mastering the notes by personal study!) Prospective members, or those returning to AURA after a term’s absence, must audition. 

The audition is short and self-contained—no preparation required. A short series of exercises will allow me to explore your vocal range and get acquainted with your musical ear. You will be asked to sing a short melody at sight (maybe more than one if I’m lucky!).
